Formation RCR et Secourisme Québec is a fully online training centre for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid. Born from the union of digital technologies and expertise built on more than 10 years of accumulated experience in the fields of paramedic and nursing care. Formation RCR et Secourisme Québec draws on today's technological landscape to guide its clients in learning the gestures that save lives.
Our story
That is the question Jonathan Tremblay asked himself in 2015, when he began taking an interest in the many benefits of online learning. His goal was to make the training offered by his company, founded in 2012, more accessible to everyone, in order to contribute even more to building a safer future. So in 2015, Jonathan rolled up his sleeves to bring his company into the digital age.
In March 2019, with the help of his team made up of professionals from the health, emergency and web development fields, Jonathan saw his ambitious project become reality. The website https://frsqc.com was finally put online. After 4 years of work, Formation RCR et Secourisme Québec was ready to offer its first online course.
Over the following years, his team grew and the company began to benefit from expertise in other fields, such as public communications, graphic design and administration.
In October 2020, the Academy launched its new mobile app « RCR - ASB ». In addition to guiding clients in learning and practising CPR manoeuvres, the app was also intended to provide help at your fingertips in an emergency.
In 2022, to meet growing demand and to offer faster, more user-friendly learning tools, Jonathan and his team began working on the redesign of the Academy's learning platform. In April 2023, the improved version was officially put online.
Formation RCR et Secourisme Québec never stops evolving and continues to make its mark on the way to becoming the benchmark in online learning of CPR and first aid manoeuvres.

Our courses were designed thanks to the hands-on experience of passionate professionals who are constantly exposed to the realities of the emergency field. Our commitment to delivering top-quality training is reinforced by this field experience, which allows us to emphasize the essential aspects of interventions in critical situations. This expertise enables us to create interactive courses that recreate real emergency situations as faithfully as possible.
In addition to the expertise of these professionals, our courses were developed by rigorously following the most recent national standards for CPR and emergency cardiovascular care. To ensure the ongoing quality of our courses, we make sure to always honour our commitment to follow the annual and periodic recommendations from the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation ( ILCOR ).
